Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Onsite IT Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide responsive technical support to employees across the organization by diagnosing and resolving technology-related issues, fulfilling service requests, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Maintains accurate documentation, adheres to service standards, and contributes to the reliability and efficiency of IT operations.
Responsibilities
  • Respond to support requests through phone, email, chat, walk-up, and ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, mobile device, account, and access issues.
  • Provide white-glove support to executive team members.
  • Perform password resets, account unlocks, and user provisioning activities.
  • Install, configure, and support standard endpoint software.
  • Manage, inventory, and deploy computer hardware and peripherals.
  • Document all troubleshooting activities and resolutions in the ITSM platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical issues and to complete physical requirements associated with technical projects.
  • Escalate issues that exceed Tier 1 scope according to established procedures.
  • Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and security requirements.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and continuous learning activities.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of technical support experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Associate's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365
  • Basic networking protocols and concepts
  • Active Directory and identity management fundamentals
  • Endpoint hardware and peripherals
  • Ticketing and knowledge management systems
