Job description

Las Vegas Motor Speedway is seeking a Consumer Sales Associate. This is a part-time, IN-PERSON position that will be scheduled for up to 30 hours per week. Must be flexible to work day, night, and weekend shifts.

The ideal candidate will also be a productive and proactive self-starter who is passionate about his/her duties and willing to put forth the extra effort to achieve excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for generating revenue through ticket sales, camping, and value added up-sales via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily touchpoint goal with a heavy emphasis on Outbound Calls.
    • Outbound Calls of 50+ per day; Touchpoints of 80+ per day.
  • Renew, upgrade, and sell new tickets for NASCAR, NHRA, and local events.
  • Build relationships with new and returning fans to provide ticketing, camping, and upgrade packages that best fit each customer’s individual needs.
  • Play an integral role in the Consumer Sales team’s revenue goals.
  • Represent Las Vegas Motor Speedway with professionalism and enthusiasm at Events onsite & offsite.
  • Maintain list of consumers and prospects within our CRM system.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist with other assigned event responsibilities.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must possess high school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
  • Be an enthusiastic team player, who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
