What's the role? As a Payments Operations Specialist at Lotto.com you will review customer accounts and corresponding transactions. Work with our Operations team, business partners and company vendors to detect and resolve issues, increase payment acceptance rate and mitigate risk and fraud. Perform daily processes and investigative reviews, to detect and deter fraud and money laundering. The ideal candidate has experience working with third-party payments and fraud detection in a regulated industry. This role has the tremendous potential to become the foundation for a new department within the company.
