Job description

 

Our Support Team in seeking route accounting support personnel for this position to assist with the following:

  • Create various statistical reports for customer and internal use.
  • Perform accurate data entry into our route accounting software.
  • Analyze data feeds for troubleshooting and reporting.
  • Provide support to users of all skill levels by phone and email for our route accounting software and handheld devices.
  • Staging of Equipment -Unbox, provision, and test new equipment to prepare for deployment.
  • On Call (After Hours) rotation

Ideal candidates possess experience with any or all of the following:

  • Inventory management or sales accounting from any movement-driven industry, such as retail, logistics, warehousing, or distribution.
  • Time and ticket tracking software to document support incidents.
  • Basic understanding of troubleshooting handheld devices.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School or Equivalent Diploma (Required)
  • Fluent Spanish speaking (Preferred)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong personal and work ethics
  • Professional communication skills, both oral and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Required)
  • Professional attitude, attire, and communication
  • Two years prior Customer Service Experience (Required)
  • Prior experience providing technical support via phone
  • Experience working with iOS and Android operating systems (Required)

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • On call rotation 


Job offer dependent on successfully passing a background check.  Compensation will depend on experience and qualifications.
