POSITION SUMMARY:

Engage with customers entering one of our properties by opening their vehicles, helping them out of their vehicles, assisting in moving their items to their desired location, and moving their cars to one of our lots. This position involves providing excellent customer service through engagement while creating a friendly and positive interaction with all guests and co-workers


REPORTS TO: On-site Supervisor

COMPENSATION: Hourly: $14.00- $15.00


CORE DUTIES:

  • Drive safely customer vehicles.
  • Take with care customer items to their desired location.
  • Inform customers on parking fees and provide them the corresponding ticket.
  • Collect fees from customers.
  • Safely store customer’s keys in the key control safe box.
  • Operate credit card machines .
  • Perform other related tasks as requested.


SUPPORT DUTIES:

  • Professionally represent World Class Parking.
  • Must maintain a positive attitude and be an exceptional team player that can provide support across all departmental functions.
  • Must promote teamwork and facilitate the communication and working relationship across all departments.
  • Must be willing to work with a diverse group of people in order to provide exceptional customer service to our guests.
  • Remain calm under stressful situations and be able to handle emergency situations as needed


Requirements:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

Highschool diploma or GED. Must possess excellent communication skills. Must be able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays on a varying schedule. Must possess a valid driver license. Must have 2 years of experience within the Valet Industry.
