Purpose: To greet guests in person or by phone in a friendly and courteous manner, providing information and initiating and executing sales accurately and efficiently.Position Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer serviceGreet and initiate conversation with guests via phone or in personUpsell add-ons to each show per instructionHandle cash, debit, and credit card transactions accuratelyAccurately type 40 wpm or fasterMaintain cleanliness of the ticket booth and box officeAlways follow standard operating guidelinesMaintain composure in stressful situationsAccomplish tasks as scheduledReport damaged items promptly to direct supervisor.May empty and clear garbage bins and breakdown boxes.Show initiative and use good judgementAttentive to detailsCommunicate effectively in a fast-moving establishmentPosition Requirements:Must be available nights and weekendsWorks with integrity, ethics, and honesty.
