Team Overview

As part of the Test Enablement team, you will be responsible for interfacing with our customers to provide custom test data, and testing support for consumer Core Credit, Fraud and Small Business products.
As an Analyst on the team, you will play a key role in the success of our customers by providing best in-class support, while aligning to TransUnion Operational priorities.
Reporting to the Technical Onboarding and Test Enablement, Global Delivery manager, you will be part of a Global team, supporting the TransUnion Canada business. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

  • Facilitate testing support to our customers procuring a new TransUnion solution or product, and setting appropriate expectations via telephone, written correspondence and face-to-face meetings.
  • Work closely with the TransUnion Technical Onboarding team to understand proposed Test Enablement requests.
  • Assist customers in the understanding of TransUnion testing data.
  • Develop a deep understanding of TransUnion products.
  • Tactfully and candidly address situations to minimize risk and build customer loyalty, creating an atmosphere of confidence by building and maintaining a high degree of customer service.
  • Develop strong communication skills, ensuring clear and concise communications, listening, documenting, and presenting oneself in a professional manner.
  • Manage timelines and customer expectations by working closely with the Sales, Technical Onboarding and Client Engineering teams.
  • Advise Management, Team Members and Sales teams about progress, problems, and activities related to the Test Enablement function as it pertains to their customer's opportunity and provide ticket updates as appropriate.

Required Knowledge And Experiences

  • Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a related role.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented while utilizing problem solving skills.
  • Technical aptitude and strong customer focus experience and skills.
  • Working knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems, and associated programming languages are an asset.
  • API experience with XML transactions are an asset.
  • Advanced PC skills in appropriate Microsoft Office programs required.
  • Data analytical skills and data communications skills are an asset.
  • Ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.

The expected pay range for this position is $61,000 - $76,000 annually. The payinformation provided for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of expectedcompensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration ofmany factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. In addition, variable compensation is based on applicable companyguidance and plan documents as well as performance.
