Do you love helping people and making a difference in healthcare? Thrivewell Infusion is looking for compassionate, organized, and patient-focused individuals to join our Patient Care team. As a Patient Care Specialist, you will serve as a primary point of contact for patients throughout their infusion therapy journey, ensuring they receive exceptional service, clear communication, and a seamless experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a dedicated point of contact for patients throughout the referral, scheduling, and treatment process.

• Keep patients informed of their treatment status, appointment details, and next steps.

• Assist patients with navigating the infusion process and answer non-clinical questions.

• Coordinate with internal clinical, pharmacy, and administrative teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.

• Provide exceptional customer service and support while maintaining patient confidentiality and compliance standards.

• Help identify and resolve patient concerns in a timely and professional manner.

• Work out of both our Manhattan locations.
