Job description

Family Service Rochester is a community-based nonprofit dedicated to improving the well-being of children, adolescents, adults and families through accessible, compassionate and community-centered services. We believe that individuals and families thrive when they have access to quality mental health care in the environments where they live, learn and grow.
We are seeking a School Based and Outpatient Therapist to join our collaborative team and provide mental health services across school and outpatient settings. As a therapist at FSR, you can expect to work as part of a team with a high level of support and consultation. Therapists at FSR are provided with numerous opportunities for professional growth as well as specialized training in evidenced based practices.
Our ideal candidate has a strong foundation in trauma-informed practice and experience working across the lifespan with diverse populations. You must have an enthusiastic desire to work with children and families. Training in DC 0-5 Assessments and family systems work is desired.
Applicants must have completed or are on track for LICSW, LPCC or LMFT licensure in the State of Minnesota. FSR provides licensure supervision for our therapists at no additional cost.
For your expertise, FSR will provide a collaborative and safe work environment where all identities are welcomed and valued. You can expect agency lead continuous improvement in understanding our own privileges and how that may impact our work with others.
FSR offers a competitive compensation program and full benefits including free health insurance. Continuing education and professional development opportunities, Public Service Loan Forgiveness, EAP resources including 8 free counseling sessions! Flexible scheduling, 4 ½ weeks of PTO to start and 11 ½ paid holidays per year. LICSW, LPCC and LMFT licensure supervision is provided to our therapists at no cost and is part of their regularly scheduled work week.
