General Manager - Print Production
We're looking for a driven, experienced leader to take full ownership of our Winter Haven, Florida print production facility. As General Manager, you'll oversee office, pre-press, and production departments - setting the tone for quality, efficiency, and a workplace culture people are proud to be part of. If you thrive in fast-paced operational environments and love building high-performing teams, this is the role for you.
Job Duties (including but not limited to):
  • Lead day-to-day operations across office, pre-press, production, and maintenance functions.
  • Coach, develop, and inspire department supervisors and office employees.
  • Establish and enforce facility procedures that drive responsiveness, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Own inventory control processes and maintain accurate physical inventory records.
  • Lead hiring, performance appraisals, and employee development initiatives.
  • Champion a positive plant culture and maintain high employee morale.
  • Ensure consistent product quality and provide final approval on quality decisions.
  • Maintain clear communication with sales, HR, and executive leadership.
  • Identify and recommend equipment, maintenance, staffing, and budgetary needs.
  • Enforce company safety standards and ensure all required safety training is completed.

Experience/Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in production planning and workflow management.
  • Experience with continuous-feed inkjet equipment preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team-building track record.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Must be able to work with a sense of urgency and meet deadlines.
