Job description


Language Link Therapy is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a well-developed, consistent schedule and work within a truly collaborative, interdisciplinary model.
The location in Margate is a partner center, primary providing services for kiddos ages 2-7 with a Dx of ASD.Sessions run 30 minutes in length.We have optional schedules to accommodate a four and five-day work week.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy services to pediatric patients (ages 2-7, primarily ASD population)
  • Collaborate daily with ABA team (BCBAs, RBTs) to integrate communication goals into programming
  • Train staff and caregivers on strategies to improve carryover
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation (SOAP notes, progress reports, annual reports)
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to treatment planning
  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and payer guidelines

Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Florida SLP license
  • CCCs preferred (CFs considered depending on experience)
  • Experience with pediatric populations required
  • Experience with ASD strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not required
