Thrift Store Truck Driver

Thrift Stores are looking for a hardworking and friendly person to help pick up and deliver donated items. You'll drive a box truck and help move furniture, appliances, and other goods.

Benefits include paid time off, telehealth program, health reimbursement account contributions, and optional dental/vision insurance.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely drive a box truck to pick up and deliver items, including furniture and appliances.
  • Lift and carry heavy items like couches, tables, and refrigerators.
  • Load and unload items from the truck.
  • Interact with donors and thrift store staff in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic regulations.

Qualifications:

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Able to pass a background check.
  • Valid driver's license and clear driving record. No CDL or special license required.
  • Professional and courteous attitude.
  • Reliable.
  • Work well as part of a team.

Physical requirements include the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for long periods. Able to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy items (furniture and appliances). Comfortable working in different weather conditions (hot, cold, rain).
