Project Manager 3
Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with customer appropriate polygraph).
Capabilities:
  • Prepare a resource-informed and partner-informed, high-level roadmap of key effort activities for up to 5 years for complex efforts that require external partnerships.
  • Provide analysis of operational objectives and draft plans to meet objectives
  • Develops multi-project Work Breakdown structures and Integrated Master Schedules to deconflict allocation of resources
  • Estimate LOE required to complete a given project.
  • Coordinate activities of lower level project managers to achieve synergy across TTOs
  • Provides detailed tracking of requirements satisfaction for reporting to Government customers
  • Provide effective and efficient management of the contractor's effort
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and administrative requirements imposed by the contract in coordination with the Contractor's contracts staff
  • Review project risk and risk mitigation activities and allocate resources for the same
  • Working directly with technical leads to allocate resources (staffing, facilities, and equipment) to multiple simultaneous requirements
  • Prepare and complete action plans to be presented to the Government
  • Mitigate project risks and issues that occur
  • Document system and project process improvements
  • Directs and manages the activities of a project team
  • Provide direction and mentoring to project team members; set the appropriate goals and objectives
  • Review risk and risk mitigation activities and allocate resources for the same

Required Qualifications:
  • TS/SCI with Agency Appropriate Polygraph
  • Ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting for projects and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional program management experience of similar scope, type, and complexity with the Federal Government may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
  • A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.

Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 (Annually)
