What You'll Do:

  • Perform drain cleaning and repair services for residential customers
  • Use blueprints and schematics to identify and locate drainage systems
  • Assemble and install drain pipes, fittings, and fixtures
  • Safely operate drain cleaning equipment when required. This includes basic drain cleaning/clearing equipment, such as trailer jetters, mini jetters, and drain snakes.
  • Utilize basic math skills to measure and cut pipes to the appropriate length
  • Conduct pipe threading and sealing to ensure proper connections
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose drainage issues using mechanical knowledge
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete remodeling projects involving drainage systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions
