Job Description:
The Solutions Architect will be responsible for collaborating with functional owners, process subject matter experts, end users and analysts to build data analytics outputs, knowledge management, and to create digital processes and applications to aid in digital business transformation.
Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time, 2-5 days in office in Orlando.

It is expected that this position will be on site 5 days/week with a possibility for a hybrid schedule.
Occasional travel may be required.
Duties will include:
The Solutions Architect will be responsible for collaborating with functional owners, process subject matter experts, end users and analysts to build data analytics outputs, knowledge management, and to create digital processes and applications to aid in digital business transformation . The Solutions Architect will use a variety of platforms, tools, and enterprise IT & data systems to create a data analytics environment for use across all levels, from local team members to executive leadership. The Solutions Architect will be responsible for the end-to-end process from gathering of initial requirements and data source capture, to data wrangling and data modeling, to development of customer-facing Power BI Reports with advanced data visualizations. The Solutions Architect will also be tasked with the administration, maintenance and sustainment of a Power BI-based environment hosted by the Army.
Position Requirements:
Required Skills:
- Ability to obtain DoD Secret security clearance • A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Data Science, or related field/equivalent experience with 7-10 years related experience. • 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar software • Proven experience with data modeling and dashboard design while considering data visualization best practices
Desired Skills:
- Experience with data modeling, data architecture and data analytics; integrating multiple data dimensions from multiple data sources
- Creating technical and user product documentation
- Experience with Palantir Foundry is preferred/ a plus • Demonstrated experience translating business and technical requirements into comprehensive data analytics and visualization solutions from stakeholders at all levels of an organization • Experience with programming advanced data queries in SQL, Python, or DAX • Working knowledge of tools such as PowerBI, PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online and PowerShell • Provide architecture, configuration, administration, and functional support to expand capabilities in Microsoft Officer 365 environment • Experience with business process reengineering • Experience with Army financial management and knowledge of Army standards, systems, processes and/or data • Ability to brief leaders with succinct, clear, and concise information. • Ability to translate and summarize detailed and complex technical data and condense into understandable language appropriate for the target audience • Participate in meetings and collaborate with all levels of staff to understand the information needs of each requirement
- Relational database configuration and management
- Knowledge of Agile Methodologies and JIRA
