Position Overview:

We are seeking a Sr. Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services Team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of complex Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) solutions within our highly customizable platform. You will leverage your extensive technical expertise to configure our platform according to design specifications by using your analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills to build workflows, data models, and business logic that align with each client's unique risk management processes. In addition, you will oversee offshore resources assisting with development and ensure alignment with Aravo’s leading implementation practices.

Your ability to quickly understand our complex and highly customizable platform and translate business requirements into effective solutions while building strong client relationships will be key to your success. As you function as a trusted advisor and consultant to clients while ensuring the successful design and implementation of our software solutions.

This is a hands-on configuration role, best suited for professionals who enjoy designing and building systems - not just managing projects. You'll work with a powerful, configurable platform that supports highly customizable risk workflows, data relationships, and automation logic. The ideal candidate will have extensive platform configuration experience and the skills to match, exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, customize, and extend our TPRM platform to meet client-specific requirements and approved solution designs.
  • Design and implement workflows, automations, and conditional logic to reflect complex business processes.
  • Define and configure data models, objects, relationships, and validation rules to support client use cases.
  • Translate business requirements and functional solution designs into detailed, accurate technical configurations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to clients, gaining confidence and ensuring a smooth implementation experience.
  • Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and client stakeholders to refine requirements and resolve configuration challenges.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and client go-lives with technical expertise and platform insight.
  • Oversee and coordinate offshore resources assisting with development, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Contribute to internal best practices, process documentation, and implementation methodology improvements.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 4+ years of professional services experience and 2+ years of SaaS hands-on configuration and implementation experience with a complex and highly customizable platform.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of software configuration, system integrations, and implementation methodologies.
  • Configuration Experience: Demonstrated experience building and maintaining workflows, data models, business rules, or automations within complex configurable platforms.
  • Business Analysis: Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
  • Configuration Oversight: Experience managing offshore development teams and ensuring quality deliverables.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Client Relationship Management: Proven ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
  • Continuous Improvement: A mindset for refining processes and driving implementation efficiencies.
  • Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Experience: Knowledge of TPRM frameworks and best practices is a plus.
