Job description

Join JPMorganChase Risk Management and Compliance to deliver data products that directly shape how we take risk, serve customers, and grow responsibly. In this VP role, you'll lead multiple end-to-end initiatives integrating third-party risk data into an enterprise data service used by credit criteria, models, and analytics. You'll operate at the intersection of business, technology, and control partners to deliver resilient, compliant solutions. If you thrive on turning ambiguity into clarity, influencing stakeholders, and shipping outcomes, this role offers high visibility and measurable impact.
As a/an Product Delivery Manager (VP) - Risk Third Party Services in Risk Third Party Services (Risk Management and Compliance), you will drive delivery of high-impact risk data products that integrate third-party risk data into an enterprise data service powering credit criteria, models, and analytics across the customer lifecycle.
You will lead multiple initiatives through the product delivery lifecycle-from discovery and scoping through build, testing, and release-while partnering closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Testing, and Risk/Legal/Controls. You will translate business needs into clear, executable scope, enable high-quality delivery through strong requirement management and data analysis, and apply continuous-improvement practices (including practical use of Generative AI) to increase delivery efficiency and solution resiliency across Auto, Card, Consumer & Business Banking, and Home Lending.
Job responsibilities
  • Lead multiple mid-to-large initiatives end-to-end through the Product Delivery Lifecycle (PDLC), aligning timelines, dependencies, and outcomes.
  • Partner with Product Owners/Managers, Design, and business stakeholders to elicit needs, define features, and clarify success measures.
  • Translate business and design requirements into detailed, technically executable scope and UAT-ready acceptance criteria.
  • Refine epics and stories at the component level to support Engineering and Testing teams while maintaining business intent and traceability.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources and delivery ceremonies to manage risks, remove blockers, and drive timely decision-making.
  • Document business features, process flows, and system behaviors to support implementation, testing, auditability, and future reuse.
  • Perform data querying and exploratory analysis (production and non-production) to validate hypotheses, resolve defects, and inform decisions.
  • Assess existing capabilities and data assets to identify reuse opportunities and define incremental enhancements where needed.
  • Ensure features align with legal, controls, compliance, and risk requirements, including data quality and control framework expectations.
  • Monitor delivery progress and quality signals (scope, schedule, defects, readiness), escalating issues with clear options and recommendations.
  • Apply Generative AI responsibly to improve requirements workflows, analysis efficiency, and team operating practices.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Product Management on business/technology initiatives (financial services preferred).
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in data querying and/or data quality roles, using SQL to support research, validation, and issue resolution.
  • Proven experience managing delivery for multiple concurrent initiatives with meaningful operational and/or financial impact.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical scope, user stories, acceptance criteria, and UAT execution artifacts.
  • Strong Agile product delivery experience (minimum 3+ years) across one or more Agile frameworks, with excellent backlog/refinement discipline.
  • Experience with data management and data quality practices, including executing or supporting a control framework and audit-ready documentation.
  • Working knowledge of modern data/technology platforms and architectures, including exposure to AWS, Databricks, and Snowflake.
  • Proficiency with delivery and documentation tools including JIRA, Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience with querying and visualization tools such as SQL and Tableau (or equivalent BI tooling).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills; able to build credibility across Product, Tech, and Control partners.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience delivering risk/credit data products that support credit criteria, underwriting strategies, models, or analytics across the customer lifecycle.
  • Prior work integrating third-party data (e.g., onboarding, mapping, lineage, quality controls, and downstream consumption patterns).
  • Strong understanding of interconnected enterprise systems and data services in a large-scale regulated environment.
  • Experience partnering with Risk/Legal/Controls and navigating compliance constraints while maintaining delivery velocity.
  • Hands-on experience using Generative AI tools to improve delivery effectiveness (e.g., requirements drafting, test case acceleration, defect triage) with appropriate controls.
  • Experience supporting Auto, Card, Consumer & Business Banking, or Home Lending products and their credit/risk ecosystems.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity with a demonstrated ability to create structure, drive alignment, and deliver durable outcomes.
