Position Title Field Crew Member

Reports To Operations Manager

Location Hebron, Ohio

Position Type Full Time

Pay Rate $23.00 - $26.00

The ideal Field Crew Member will play a vital role in various projects. This physically demanding position requires individuals who can adapt to changing working conditions and handle diverse tasks effectively. Successful candidates must be safety-conscious and maintain a professional attitude.

Essential Functions & Duties

Required Skills

  • Think and react to changing needs of the daily tasks for job efficiency.
  • Work extended hours when needed for job completion.
  • Lifting and carrying heavy tools.
  • Utilize hand and pwoer tools as needed.
  • Ability to navigate job sites, including steep, muddy terrain.
  • Handle and operate mud pumps and hoses.
  • Handle vacuum hoes from vac trucks.
  • Perform basic equipment preventative maintenance.
  • Perform set-up and mobilization tasks for each job performed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site.
  • Properly follow the directions of the Operator, Locator and Field Crew Lead.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Standards & Measurables

  • Drug free with zero tolerance.
  • Maintain and display a professional attitude and appearance at all times.
  • Maintain a clean driving record.
  • Uphold a safety-first mentality at all times.
  • Achieve or surpass goals setup by leadership
  • Acquire a CDL license within a year and a half from hire.

Educational, Skills and/or Certification and License Requirements

  • Knowledge of operation of HDD equipment.
  • Knowledge of job site equipment, tools and procedures.
  • Basic understanding of equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Possess a creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements and a desire for continued learning and self-improvement.
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure project completion within standards.
  • Understanding that this position may require travel outside of normal working areas.
