Job description

A growing thin gauge thermoforming company is seeking a strong and senior Process Engineer. This is a combination role and will function as a corporate resource, supporting multiple plants, being a key SME resource to both manufacturing... and as a partner to the new product design team.

It is imperative that you bring extensive knowledge and experience in thin gauge, high speed thermoforming manufacturing. Additionally, since this role has broad reach across the manufacturing plants, interfacing with designers, and running and leading new product trials, you must have an excellent ability to communicate and interact with a variety of people throughout the organization.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in engineering is required
  • 15 years experience in thin gauge thermoforming is a must-have
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Any experience in design or manufacturing for design is a high want

Though some travel is expected, the focus of this role is onsite in the New Haven, CT region, and therefore not a remote opportunity.

Compensation $110,000.00 – $125,000.00
