TRP Infrastructures is seeking a Detail Thermoplastic Foreman specializing in Pavement Marking to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will lead thermoplastic pavement marking crews, ensuring the quality and accuracy of detailed pavement markings. This role requires expertise in the application of thermoplastic materials and strong leadership capabilities to manage teams effectively on-site.

The Detail Thermoplastic Foreman will be responsible for supervising daily operations, maintaining safety standards, coordinating with project managers, and mentoring crew members to deliver high-quality pavement marking services that enhance road safety and traffic efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in thermoplastic pavement marking or a related field.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills in managing pavement marking crews.
