  • Progress Monitoring: Utilizing a variety of assessment tools and regular feedback mechanisms to track client outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure effectiveness.
  • Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Working closely with a team of professionals, including therapists, psychiatrists, and community partners, to coordinate care and consult on complex cases, ensuring the best outcomes for clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on a diverse group of young adults experiencing mental health challenges. You will support clients navigating issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties, employing a holistic approach that encompasses both clinical and personal development elements.

Qualifications

  • A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Colorado is required.
  • Strong understanding of mental health treatment modalities.
Preferred Experience

Candidates should ideally possess at least two years of hands-on experience in mental health counseling, specifically working with young adults or adolescent populations. Experience with evidence-based practices and familiarity with treatment planning and assessment tools will be advantageous.
