Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Community Outreach Coordinator/RBT to join our growing in-home ABA team in Colorado. As a startup organization, this role will initially focus on community outreach, relationship building, and business development efforts. As the organization grows and clients begin services, this position will gradually transition into a blended role that includes both direct ABA services and outreach responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with pediatricians, physicians, schools, daycares, therapists, and community organizations
Conduct outreach visits to referral sources and community partners
Represent the organization at community events, networking opportunities, resource fairs, and outreach activities
Help increase awareness of in-home ABA services within the local community
Support referral tracking and lead follow-up efforts
Assist with community engagement initiatives and grassroots marketing efforts
Support family inquiries and assist in creating a welcoming experience for prospective families
Maintain outreach materials and assist with distribution of marketing resources
Clinical/RBT Responsibilities (As Caseload Develops):
Provide direct ABA therapy services to clients in-home under BCBA supervision
Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies
Collect and accurately document session data
Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and caregivers to support client progress
Maintain professionalism, ethical standards, and high-quality care delivery
Administrative & Startup Support:
Assist leadership with startup initiatives and operational support as needed
Support implementation of new processes and systems
Help identify opportunities for growth and community partnerships
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
Requirements:
Current RBT certification
Experience working with children, preferably in ABA or related fields
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and stay organized without consistent on-site supervision
Comfortable networking and building relationships in the community
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
