Utilize ABA is seeking a motivated, collaborative BCBA to join our growing team providing in-home ABA services across Colorado. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new and developing program where your clinical voice matters and your leadership potential will be supported.
This role will begin as a part-time BCBA position, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time salaried role as caseloads grow. Some remote supervision is permitted, with in-home presence required as services expand.

What You'll Do
Direct Clinical Services
Maintain a clinical caseload providing in-home ABA services
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Modify programming based on data and client progress
Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs
Ensure services are delivered with fidelity and aligned with best practices
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Participate in treatment plan reviews and ongoing clinical decision-making
Training & Team Development
Provide ongoing support and mentorship to RBTs
Provide coaching and clinical guidance
Support development of a strong, positive team culture
Contribute to development of clinical workflows and systems
Qualifications
Required:
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Minimum 2–3 years of BCBA experience
Experience supervising RBTs and managing client caseloads
Strong clinical writing and treatment planning skills
Knowledge of insurance documentation requirements
Strong communication and leadership skills
Reliable transportation for in-home service delivery
Preferred:
Experience providing in-home ABA services
Interest in leadership development
Experience mentoring staff or supporting training initiatives
Comfort working in a startup or growing organization
