Therapy receptionists are administrative professionals who manage the front desk and provide support in therapy clinics or practices. They are responsible for greeting clients, scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, managing patient records, and assisting therapists with administrative tasks. Their role ensures that the therapy office runs smoothly and clients have a positive experience from the moment they arrive. Effective therapy receptionists often have strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

How does a therapy receptionist typically collaborate with therapists and other staff to ensure smooth client appointments?
