Aspire Therapy & Development Services, a leading multidisciplinary pediatric therapy clinic, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping children and families, and desires to work within a supportive, collaborative multidisciplinary team at our Madison and Verona clinics located in beautiful south-central Wisconsin!
We currently have full-time positions available (Monday–Friday, no evenings or weekends), with the opportunity to work at our Madison clinic, our Verona clinic, or possibly a combination of both. Depending on the candidate's expertise, interest, and team needs, this position may also occasionally see clients in the private schools we support. At Aspire, we work as a team, supporting one another in providing the best evidence-based treatment approaches for our clients. We are an organization committed to professionalism, growth, and fun!

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality, 1:1 direct occupational therapy interventions to children with physical and/or developmental delays.
  • Collaborate directly with the supervising Occupational Therapist (OTR) to execute established plans of care.
  • Guide children through fun, engaging, and skill-building activities designed to improve skills for daily living, social interaction, sensory regulation, and physical coordination.
  • Consult and collaborate with other disciplines across our multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
  • Provide complete, timely, and professional treatment session notes and clinical documentation.
  • Directly support the success, development, and education of our clients and their families.

What We Need From You (Requirements):
  • Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • Current Wisconsin Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license or immediate eligibility for licensure.
  • Experience in a pediatric setting or in a clinical rotation is preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to grow in your skills and participate in clinical mentorship.
  • Dependability and reliability are crucial for our children's success.
  • High integrity to work diligently with families and positively engage with children who need your support.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with client needs.
  • Physical ability to perform various postures such as sitting, kneeling, standing, and getting up from the floor as needed for active play and client safety.
