One common challenge is finding the right balance between supporting their team in direct clinical settings and managing behind-the-scenes operations. Effective time management and delegation are key, as well as strong communication skills to ensure both staff needs and organizational goals are met. Regular team meetings and clear protocols can help streamline processes and foster a collaborative work environment.
