Uta Halee Academy (UHA) is a female-specific, residential program that offers young women opportunities to build productive and meaningful futures for themselves and their communities. Through rigorous education, positive skill development, and individualized therapeutic interventions and treatment, we empower youth to reach their full potential. The facility features residential student dormitories, on-site schooling, a dining hall, and extracurricular opportunities for the students. Pay: Starting at $65,000

What you will do: As a Therapeutic Manager, you will be responsible for administering, developing, and facilitating the completion of case plans and prescriptive treatment programs in accordance with the requests of the placing agency and the needs of each student on their caseload. The Therapeutic Manager is the primary service provider for individual, group, family, and case management services. This position requires monthly on-call duties.
To be considered you should: Be at least 21 years of age ~ Master's degree required & licensed to provide therapeutic services: LPCC; LMFT; LIMHP, PLMHP; CAC II; or CAC III) ~ three years of experience with juveniles~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.
Schedule: Will consider candidates interested in part-time or full-time positions. Must be able to work Tuesdays and Thursdays to facilitate the treatment group. Weekend availability for a monthly on-call rotation requirement.
Working hours are typically between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.
