Job description

Job Description

Hotel Sales is responsible for the overall selling of the Wynn Resorts Hotel for conventions, tradeshows, conferences, and board meetings. The Coordinator II Sales Conference position provides administrative support to the sales managers.

  • Prepare, edit, organize, and distribute contracts, addendums, and proposals.
  • Answer the phones for sales inquiries and communicate general information to existing or potential clients.
  • Schedule appointments and assist with travel arrangements.
  • Arrange all aspects of property tours.
  • Maintain customer, booking, and account databases.
  • Internal and external business communication, both written and verbal.
  • Other office administrative duties as directed.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years' experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Prior Hotel Sales, Convention Services, and/or Catering experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Must be 18 years of age or over.
