Job description

Our organization is in search of a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to become part of a well-established outpatient clinic in Waterloo, Iowa, known as MercyOne Kimball Family Medicine. This role presents a fantastic chance to engage in comprehensive family medicine within a single location, supported by a robust, integrated healthcare system.

Position Highlights
  • Become a member of a collaborative team consisting of 3 physicians and 1 Advanced Practice Provider (APP).
  • Enjoy a 4.5-day workweek that promotes an excellent work-life balance.
  • Participate in a call schedule of 1:4, with nurse triage support; no hospital call required.
  • Focus exclusively on outpatient care; no hospital rounds involved.

  • Share the location with pediatric care services.
