This position is remote, which allows you to work from the comfort of your home while still being an integral part of our caring team. Our remote setting is supported by advanced telehealth technology, facilitating seamless communication, therapy sessions, and collaboration among team members. You will have access to electronic health records (EHR) systems, ensuring efficient documentation and patient follow-up.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to gather patient histories, understanding their backgrounds, concerns, and goals.
• Provide compassionate individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the needs of diverse patient populations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect best practices in therapy, aimed at achieving meaningful outcomes for clients.
• Continuously document patient progress, adapting techniques and strategies based on therapeutic effectiveness and client feedback.
• Engage in regular consultations with colleagues, contributing to multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss complex cases and participate in case reviews.

The Solomon Counseling Center serves a diverse client population, ranging from children to adults, each navigating various challenges within their relationships and individual lives. We cater specifically to families seeking to improve communication and resolve conflicts, as well as individuals aiming for personal growth. Our team emphasizes a psychoeducational approach, equipping clients with tools and strategies that foster healthy relationships both in and outside of therapy.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is a minimum requirement.
• A current and valid LMFT license to practice therapy in your state.
• Certification in one or more therapeutic modalities, such as structural family, strategic, systems, narrative, transgenerational, or communication therapy.

• At least one year of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred; experience in outpatient settings is a plus.
• Bilingual communication skills are highly desirable to facilitate better engagement with a broader client base.
• A track record of successful implementation of psychoeducational and relational counseling techniques is advantageous.
