Position Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain commercial low-slope roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and coatings
  • Remove and replace damaged roofing materials
  • Operate roofing tools and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Follow all company and OSHA safety guidelines
  • Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule and within quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding project progress and material needs

Qualifications

  • Previous commercial roofing experience preferred
  • Experience with TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, or roof coatings is a plus
  • Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to lift and carry roofing materials and equipment
  • Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work on rooftops throughout the workday
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Schedule

  • Full-Time
  • Monday through Friday
  • Occasional overtime and weekend work as needed
