Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition:
    • Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Sourcing Candidates:
    • Utilize a variety of platforms, including ATS (Applicant Tracking System), LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to attract and engage qualified candidates.
  • Intake Meetings:
    • Conduct intake meetings with business leaders to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and business goals, ensuring alignment between recruitment strategies and organizational objectives.
  • Candidate Assessment:
    • Evaluate resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and cultural fit for the organization.
  • Collaboration:
    • Partner effectively with hiring managers and teams to promote an understanding of the recruitment process and provide updates on candidate pipelines.
  • Innovative Recruitment Strategies:
    • Implement creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates, continually seeking out new methods to enhance the recruitment process.
  • Candidate Experience:
    • Foster a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring process and providing timely feedback.

Qualifications:
