Job description

Reporting to our Service Manager, our Service Advisor will oversee our service department ensuring that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. A large part of this role will be customer service however, this person will also be responsible for much of the service staff. Those duties include management of time inventory, enforcing company policies and standards, and compliance with state laws and regulations. We strongly prefer someone with experience however, it is not required. This opportunity will not last long with our competitive salary, bonus, and company benefits!ย

Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Oversee service orders and flow of Service Drive Lanes

  • Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service

  • Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer

  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer have the best experience possible

  • Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers

  • Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repair

Qualifications:

  • Valid driverโ€™s license and a clean driving record

  • Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen

  • Dealership experience as a Service Advisor strongly preferredย 

  • CDK/ADP knowledge a must

  • Strong time management skills
