• Develop rapport with patients to establish a trusting therapeutic relationship, enhancing their willingness to engage in therapy.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments for diagnosing mental health disorders and creating personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to support patient growth and healing.
• Regularly meet with patients to monitor their progress, adapting treatment plans in response to their evolving needs.
• Utilize clinical tools and methodologies to track patient outcomes and ensure the effectiveness of treatment approaches.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and specialists to create a comprehensive support system for patients.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at our center, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals, couples, and families grappling with various mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and grief. You will play a critical role in guiding clients towards improved mental health and relational functioning, using your training to address both systemic and individual challenges.

• Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is required.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is essential for this position.
• Demonstrated competency in providing therapy to individuals and groups, with a solid understanding of different therapeutic modalities.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a fluctuating caseload effectively while maintaining detailed records.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate constructive interactions with clients and the broader healthcare team.

• Previous experience in a clinical setting, especially in hospice or palliative care environments, is a plus.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and tools to deliver virtual therapy sessions effectively.
• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competencies in therapy.
