Job description

Position: Program Coordinator

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Full time

What You’ll Be Doing
Support the Senior NPI Manager in delivering products on time by coordinating end-to-end execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) deliverables.
• Own and track operations checklists and deliverables, including:
o DFX (DFM/DFA/DFT) checklist completion
o Build and Program readiness and change control
• Coordinate PCBA board delivery for operations, including managing Prototype Build Requests.
• Track, publish, and review program KPIs(schedule, yield, quality, cost, readiness metrics) and escalate risks/issues proactively.
• Run and maintain program execution checklists to ensure all owners complete deliverables on time.
• Participate in cross-functional NPI meetings, helping to follow up and drive issues to closure.
• Support system and board builds, ensuring readiness for Engineering build.

What We Need To See
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong execution-focused mindset with attention to detail and follow-through. 
• Ability to work independently while supporting senior leadership objectives.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Ways To Stand Out From the Crowd
• Experience working with:
o PCBA builds and system integration
o Manufacturing readiness and factory coordination
Experience supporting Sr. NPI or Operations Managers in large-scale hardware programs.
Hands-on exposure to:
o DFX reviews and closure tracking
o PBR processes and manufacturing signoffs
o Board/system delivery coordination for line bring-up
• Prior experience with Engineering builds and production ramp
