Job description

Shipping and Receiving Driver – Paradise Locker Meats (PLM)

Schedule: Monday–Friday with probable overtime (No weekends!)
Location: Trimble, MO

Paradise Locker Meats is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Driver to join our growing and dynamic team. Each day at PLM is filled with routine and hard work, but we are proud to be a driving force behind the cultural revolution of food in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform shipping and receiving activities daily

  • Record and prepare all wholesale and retail orders for shipping

  • Operate company 24 ft box truck and make deliveries

  • Communicate effectively with team and management

  • Assist in other departments as needed

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrates our core values by working hard, collaborating effectively, being dependable, and maintaining a positive attitude.

  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs

  • Basic computer skills

  • Experience in storage, organization, and inventory management

  • Ability to work well with others and maintain a positive attitude

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day

  • Forklift operation experience

  • Maintain a Class E drivers license (CDL not required)

  • Ability to pass and maintain a DOT compliance


Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Some experience in Shipping and Receiving preferred

  • Proficient knowledge of Excel or other inventory programs

  • Working knowledge of OSHA guidelines preferred

Work Environment:

This role requires working in extreme cold conditions, freezers, and coolers with moisture, machinery, and standard production noise.
