The Recovery Village Umatilla

PRN Group Therapist- needs to have weekend availability

Job Duties
  • Provide Group therapy in a residential treatment setting
  • Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation
  • Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI)
  • Support discharge planning and continuity of care
  • Masterโ€™s degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field
  • Licensed or pre-licensed (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or registered intern)
  • Experience with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • CPR and BFA Certification required.
