As a Lead Teacher, you will develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum, plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess and documenting your student's progress. If you have the following, we would love to speak with you: High School Diploma or GED 12 Child Development Units-Required by the State of California Degree in ECE or Child Development Strongly preferred Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center Prior experience with toddler and pre-school students Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet Strong collaboration and communication skills are required Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners are essential to this position.
