About the Role:

The Front Desk position serves as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. This role is critical in managing the flow of communication and information, facilitating smooth daily operations within the organization. The successful candidate will handle a variety of administrative tasks, including greeting guests, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills are essential to provide exceptional customer service and support to all stakeholders. Ultimately, this role contributes significantly to the overall efficiency and positive reputation of the organization in the FL, FL area.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment such as phones, computers, and printers.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
