School Psychologist 2026-2027 School Year
Ampersand Therapy is hiring School Psychologists for the 2026-2027 school year in Joliet, IL! We're a therapist and women-founded company that began in Washington state and is now also proudly local to Illinois. Our mission is simple: create a better, more supportive employment experience for school-based providers.

  • Schedule: Full-Time opportunities

  • Location: Joliet School District
  • Primary Duties:
    • Student evaluations
    • IEP reports and meeting participation
    • Progress monitoring and documentation
    • School-based collaboration and team support

What You'll Need
  • Master's degree in School Psychology (or equivalent)
  • Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychologist endorsement
  • NASP certification a plus
  • Strong skills in assessments, IEP development, collaboration, and communication
