Job description

Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail oriented individual to join our team and be a part of a diverse group of professionals in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. The Lobby Attendant plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and polished first impression for our guests. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the hotel lobby and public areas while delivering courteous and proactive guest service. The ideal candidate takes pride in attention to detail, works efficiently, and understands the importance of maintaining luxury-level presentation standards.
This is a PM Shift position.
Responsibilities
โ€ข Cleanliness & Sanitation: Maintain high standards of appearance in the lobby, front entrance, hallways, and public restrooms by dusting, mopping, polishing glass, and emptying trash.
โ€ข Guest Assistance: Warmly greet patrons, provide basic directions, answer inquiries, and assist with luggage or special needs.
โ€ข Public Area Upkeep: Monitor and maintain peripheral spaces such as the business center, fitness areas, and complimentary breakfast or lounge zones.
โ€ข Supply Restocking: Frequently check lobby restrooms and coffee stations, refilling necessities like toilet paper, soap, and napkins.
โ€ข Reporting & Safety: Promptly report any property damage, safety hazards, or broken furniture to the maintenance or management teams.
Qualifications
โ€ข Physical Stamina: Ability to stand or walk for extended shifts and lift/carry items up to 50 pounds.
โ€ข Customer Service Skills: A friendly, approachable demeanor and the ability to interact professionally with diverse guests.
โ€ข Attention to Detail: A keen eye for identifying messes and ensuring high cleanliness standards.
โ€ข Flexibility: Willingness to work a varied schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
โ€ข Experience: Previous background in commercial cleaning, housekeeping, or hospitality-based customer service is preferred.
