Personal Injury Associate Attorney needed in the fastest growing PI law firm in North Texas!

A plaintiffs’ personal injury firm seeking an Associate Attorney to represent serious personal injury and wrongful death victims. This role offers responsibility from new client strategy and pre-suit case development through litigation and trial preparation as part of a trial team.

Qualifications


  • Strong communication, analytical, writing, and research skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail and deadline discipline
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment

  • 1–5 years personal injury experience preferred

Responsibilities


  • Pre-suit strategy and case development
• Discovery, depositions, mediations, and motion practice
• Trial preparation and trial team participation
• Settlement resolution, including liens and subrogation
  • We seek a teammate who takes ownership, follows systems, connects well with clients, and has a heart for serving others through the firm’s community and charitable initiatives.

  • Total compensation including bonuses can exceed $200,000 in Year 1 for the right candidate and experience
