Member Services Manager

The California State Grange is looking for a self-starting person able to work independently as the Member Services Manager.  This position will be the primary contact for the local Grange members and will provide administrative services.  Ideal candidates are personable, problem solvers, demonstrate attention to detail, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

JOB SUMMARY

The Member Services Manager is responsible for the membership and communications operations of the California State Grange.  This important position creates and maintains the primary communications for the State Grange with the local constituent Granges throughout California.  Membership Services involves direct contact with all Grange members, answering questions, providing guidance, and problem-solving.  Promoting the Grange brand, core values, and clear communication are essential attributes. 

This is an at-will, exempt, salary employment position.
