Administrative Clerk
DPI Staffing is looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Clerk for our federal customer. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a positive attitude. This position requires a CURRENT Active Secret Clearance.
Individuals with employment barriers are highly encouraged to apply and will be given priority for t hese positions.
Administrative Clerk (General Clerk II)
Location: Silverdale, WA .
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and auditing tasks .
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Prepare and process reports and documents.
  • Support military members managing their training records .
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications and requirements:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organized and ability to meet goals .
  • Provide reliable and punctual attendance.
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently , work independently and as part of a team .
  • P roficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High school diploma or equivalent .
  • This position REQUIRES A SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE . Only apply if you have an active clearance.
Schedule/Wages/Benefits:
  • Monday through Friday (Must be able to work during core hours 7:00 am to 3 : 3 0 pm )
  • Wage is $ 19.38 -$20.70 per hour in addition to health and welfare benefits at $4. 93 -$5.09 per hour.
  • 56 hours of sick leave after 90 days of employment.
  • 80 hours of paid time off after your first 12 months of employment.
  • 1 1 Paid Federal Holidays each year.
  • After 12 months of employment, you can participate in benefits provided by DPI Staffing (Medical and Dental Benefits) .
