Work Environment

Our rehabilitation facility in Manassas, Virginia, provides a dynamic and collaborative work environment where physical therapists engage with patients in a supportive setting. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions for orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patients.

  • Provide skilled care in clinic and home settings, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services consistent with the physician's plan.
  • Engage in patient and caregiver education, fostering better understanding and compliance with treatment protocols.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment outcomes to inform future care strategies.
  • Meet established utilization goals and business objectives, contributing to the overall success of the practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus

At Deep Care Physical Therapy, our patient population ranges from children to seniors, encompassing a wide array of conditions including sports injuries, post-operative recovery, chronic pain management, and developmental issues. Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

  • A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT).
  • A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of Virginia.
  • Graduation from an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.
  • Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
