About the Position Stokes Creative Group, Inc. is actively seeking a part time Business Development & Account Manager to support our growth initiatives and client relationship efforts. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who excels at strategic outreach, follow up, and account coordination, and who is seeking a flexible schedule.

Position Overview As a part 'time Business Development & Account Manager, you will focus on targeted outreach, proposal coordination, and light account management for a select group of clients and prospects. You will collaborate closely with the full-time business development and operations teams to ensure consistent communication, timely follow up, and professional client experience. Key Responsibilities Support lead generation efforts through research, prospecting, and outreach to potential clients and partners.

Assist with scheduling and preparing for client meetings, presentations, and follow up communications. Contribute to the development and organization of proposals, qualifications packages, and marketing materials. Maintain UpToDate information in CRM systems, including contacts, opportunities, activities, and notes.

Conduct periodic check 'ins with assigned accounts to support client satisfaction and identify upcoming opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams to gather information needed for proposals and client responses. Provide activity and pipeline updates to leadership on a regular basis.

Adapt to changing priorities, supporting special initiatives or campaigns as needed. Minimum Qualifications 2-3+ years of experience in business development, sales support, or account management, ideally in professional services or the construction/infrastructure sector. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and client focused demeanor.

Solid organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage tasks across multiple opportunities. Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools. Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow through on commitments.

Comfort collaborating with a distributed team using email, phone, and virtual meetings. Compensation & Schedule Part 'time position: hourly compensation commensurate with experience. Anticipated schedule: approximately 20-25 hours per week, with some flexibility based on business needs and candidate availability.
