Lead the Charge at The Crab Pad: Restaurant Manager Wanted!

Are you a seasoned restaurant professional ready to make your mark in one of Chicago’s most exciting dining spots? The Crab Pad, a women-owned seafood restaurant in Logan Square, is looking for a Manager to join our team and help us continue serving bold Viet-Cajun seafood boils in a fun, hands-on setting. Known for our signature sauces, garlic noodles, and build-your-own popsicle bar, we’re all about bringing people together over good food and great vibes. If you’re passionate about hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:

As our Restaurant Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our day-to-day operations, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile and a craving for more. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth service.
- Leading and motivating a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Managing scheduling, inventory, and ordering to keep things running efficiently.
- Upholding our high standards for cleanliness, organization, and food safety.
