Job description

The Counter Burger in Time Square is looking for a FOH manager with 3 + years experience in food/beverage/hospitality. Experience must also be in a FULL service restaurant setting.
Must be able to:
-Oversee and operate the FOH during high volume as well as supervise the BOH at times.
- Investigate and resolve food quality and guest complaints
- Inspect the dining room to ensure cleanliness and organization
- Provide knowledge of beer, wine and liquor.
- Control labor
