Job description

We are a well-established, high-volume chiropractic office ONLY HIRING THE BEST CANDIDATES and seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about patient care, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow professionally in their career.
Position Overview:
The Chiropractic Assistant will work closely with our doctors to ensure smooth office flow, excellent patient experiences, and accurate documentation. For the right candidate, we offer full tuition coverage for the New Jersey Chiropractic Assistant licensing course. Once licensed, you will be able to perform patient examinations, directly assist the doctors with care, and earn a higher pay rate plus bonuses.      
We have had candidates complete the coursework within 6 months.
Office Schedule: 
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday = 9 am - 1230 / 2:00- 630 pm
Friday = 8 am - 12pm
Saturday = 830 am - 12pm
Wednesday and Sunday closed
Pay & Benefits:    Here is your path to $30+/hr.   

  • Starting Pay: $20-25/hour (unlicensed)
  • Paid training 4 weeks to determine the right candidate for the LCA program
  • We pay for your licensing course to become a licensed chiropractic assistant.

  • Our office is a training facility so all course work aside from online modules and a few Saturdays in person at another location.
Once a Licensed Chiropractic Assistant  - Pay increase -  $28/hour plus bonuses 
    • (given our current patient volume you would be making $30/hr or more
  • As patient volume goes up, so does your pay. Incentive to help more people

Responsibilities Include:

  • Preparing patients for treatment
  • Assisting doctors during treatments and therapies
  • Prepping treatment areas and maintaining a clean work environment (general sweeping, wiping down of tables)
  • Managing patient flow throughout the office
  • Recording patient information accurately in our system
  • Performing patient examinations (once licensed)
  • Educating patients on office procedures and home care
  • Light administrative duties as needed

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive, professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the chiropractic field
  • Quick thinking on their feet and efficient
