Position Title: Associate Chiropractor

Salary Range: $50,000-$110,000+ (Full time) 5 Day schedule + Bonus

$33.50 per hour (Part time)

As an Associate Chiropractor for PACE Joint Interests (PJI), the second largest Joint Chiropractic franchisee group in the U.S., you will be at the forefront of promoting and providing exceptional chiropractic care to our patients and championing the long-term growth and success of our clinics.

2) Job Summary

As an Associate Chiropractor, you will manage all aspects of patient care, providing consultation, examination, case management and chiropractic adjustments (as clinically appropriate) to our patient base. You will also deliver patient education per The Joint Chiropractic and PJI Standards of Operation in order to support patient retention. Through your comradery with PJIs other Associate Chiropractors, and lead by our Clinic Directors and our team of Regional Managers, you are a vital component of our clinic operations spanning our total footprint of ~35 clinics, stretching from Saginaw to Forney and Oak Cliff to Prosper.

Your primary responsibilities are to deliver empathetic and effective chiropractic care and wellness education to PJIs patient base under The Joint Chiropractic’s Standards of Operation. Working closely with your fellow Associate Chiropractors, your Clinic Director(s) and Regional Manager, you will benefit from the collaboration and sharing of best practices.

3) Key Job Responsibilities

a) Operations:

  • Ensure exceptional patient experience by providing patient education, consultation, examination, and, if appropriate, chiropractic care to patients while following local, State, and Federal licensing regulations and The Joint Chiropractic’s Standards of Operation.
  • Maintain frequent communication with your Clinic Director(s) to report patient experience issues and clinic operational issues; seek guidance, and collaborate on clinic related problem solving including, but not limited to:
  • Clinic staffing coverage
  • Clinic staff support and coaching to The Joint Chiropractic and PJI Standards of Operation
  • Critical operational metrics and key performance indicators
  • Clinic promotion and new patient acquisition
  • Consistent quality of care delivery and clinic operations to The Joint Chiropractic and PJI Standards of Operation
  • Patient complains and negative online reviews

b) Revenue Growth:

  • Collaborate with your Clinic Director(s) to share ownership of and responsibility for revenue growth of your assigned clinic(s).
  • Actively support The Joint Chiropractic’s and PJI’s periodic sales promotions and growth initiatives for your assigned clinic(s).
  • Share efforts to achieve PJI revenue goals and other metrics for your assigned clinic(s) by collaborating in the development of growth action plans and maintaining frequent communication with your Clinic Director(s).
  • Collaborate with your Clinic Director(s) to actively engage in community and charity events local to your assigned clinic(s) to enhance The Joint Chiropractic brand awareness and philosophy.

c) Culture, Leadership and Team Building:

  • Collaborate with your Clinic Director(s) to cultivate and sustain a healthy and fun company culture within your assigned clinic(s) and within PJI as a whole.
  • Collaborate with your Clinic Director(s) in the training, development, and retention of clinic team members.
  • Collaborate with your Clinic Director(s) to recognize and broadcast clinic team accomplishments and build morale.

d) Governance and Compliance:

  • Collaborate with your Clinic Director(s) in utilizing KPI reports and data analysis to identify and address trends and issues in clinic performance, and ensure swift follow through on assigned tasks.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, local, state, and federal regulations, maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
  • Assist your Clinic Director(s) with various investigations and/or audits as required.
  • Demonstrate and adhere to all franchise procedures and regulations, upholding The Joint Chiropractic and PJI Standards of Operation.

5) Minimum Requirements:

  • Doctor of Chiropractic degree from a recognized and accredited chiropractic program.
  • Successful completion of NBCE exams Parts I-IV.
  • Active chiropractic license issued by the Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners.
  • Consideration may be given to unlicensed graduates under Texas Administrative Code, Rule 78.7.
